Shipping policy

Orders will be processed within 3 business days of time of purchase.  Orders are all shipped from Sanford, North Carolina.  

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with shipping updates to the email address provided to us at checkout.

We are not responsible for packages lost in transit or those that are shipped to the wrong address. You will need to contact USPS and file a claim if the package is lost in transit. Please, double check your shipping address when placing orders. If the item is sent to an incorrect address and sent back to us, you will be charged the full shipping price to have it shipped to your correct address and we will email you for the correct information.
